I like following my feet. Throughout my life, I have chosen paths that have been labeled as “non traditional.” I studied business during my undergraduate years, then left everything to move to Quito, Ecuador to live alongside the marginalized communities in the city. I chose to pursue a Master of Divinity (what is that?!) and move across the country to do so. I asked my husband to leave a position he loved in a city we loved, so I could take my dream job as Mission Leader in Connecticut. I am privileged to carry with me a diversity of experiences that inform what I do and how I collaborate. That said, my true purpose lies in cultivating a culture of encounter and curiosity. Whether it be in the classroom, in the board room, on the sidewalk, or on a tennis court, I chose to be a person who sees the dignity of all of creation and a leader who embraces a servants heart.
My Vision:
Reimagine the workplace as an adaptive environment to meet the needs of all peoples. Whether this takes shape in coaching, formative exercises, retreat experiences, creating or fortifying employee resources, or challenging organizational systems that no longer serve us, I offer:
- Consultation on Mission, Vision, and Values
- Creative programing adaptive to specific needs
- Discernment and decision-making facilitation
- Collaborative exercises to build trust and strengthen relationships
My Reality:
In 2022, I was diagnosed with a rare neurological autoimmune disorder called Myasthenia Gravis (MG) and a lesser known disorder called Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS). The sudden onset of these diseases has transformed my reality and now informs my writing, speaking, and how I collaborate with others. It is now a new passion of mine to advocate for disability rights, speak to organizations and educational institutions, and build a growing network of professional support for those with chronic illness.
When I am not in the office, find me...
- exploring with my nieces and nephews
- watching a lot of tennis
- enjoying small town living in Bucks County
- dabbling in watercolor painting
